Mobile Application Protocol (MAP)
NS Mobility AB introduces MAP (Mobile Applikation Protocol) as a new concept in mobility.
MAP creates a
flexible and bidirectional communication between mobile devices and the
Internet via the Notify Web Service. This is a cost effective and very fast
solution for mobile communications over the Internet via GPRS/3G
This is how it works:
MAP is completely customized to customers´specific needs and preferences with regard to design, management fuctionality and operation.
MAP enabling mobile connectivity to the Internet 24 hours a day and adaptations may be made to the mobile devices that use the operating systems Symbian Series 60/UIQ, Windows Mobile and Java (MIDP 2.0).
Within NS Mobility AB´s mobility solution, also more traditional information channels such as SMS and E-mails can be included, handled and administrated in the mobility solution.
